This one struck me hard.
Bobby Carradine was a nice guy with some struggles.. many people share.
I met him and one of his brothers, David, DC, in LA in 1995 at an AMA event.
Too long of a story, but he was also a Ducatista and our sons were almost exact same age.
He was there with Ferracci.. Mike Hale and Pegram. We spent some time chatting with his wife and son, Ian.
He said his bike was essentially a race bike with plates. Fast and loud, per him. “..really only took out out early before traffic. But you could hear it comimg!….. (his wife chimed in) “yeah because you wind it up” 🤣
It was a wonderful day with the Carradines!
Rest easy now Bobby.

The bike was an 888 Raymond Roche replica, a full race bike. He told me he put a sticker on it that looked like a lit headlight and he rolled it down a hill to start it. He was a bit crazy because he did this in California, at a time when you could get in some real trouble for stuff like this, but he was a true friend of the brand. I met him at the first WDW and I think he was there on his own money, even though he was a pretty famous guy from a really famous acting family. I thought he was cool.
RIP Bobby
