Not sure if it’s legit, but it’s a bit “ wrong “, especially for
Martin. However, when it comes to corporations, nothing is wrong.

MMarquez knows his worth, and so does the manufacturers. He is not slow, he
makes incredible races, and the most marketable rider right now.  Even if
Marquez doesn’t win the championship, Pecco will.
This is all a win for Ducati no matter what.

Almost every camera is on Marquez and every article is about him. No one
really pays attention to what Martin or Bagnaia or anyone else does. It’s
all about what Marquez is going to do, on and off track.

In the end, this is all about what will benefit Ducati.
Perhaps, Audi demanded to hire Marquez?

I read Gigi wants Marquez and I guess Aprilia saw its chance. I think
there’s a good chance Martin will take the number one plate to Aprilia.

Ducati has all the data regarding Marc Márquez performance (breaking points, lines all the inputs), so they know what they're getting.

However, Martín also gave Ducati until Mugello to decide. Ducati didn't. So Martín surprised them. Could be the other side of the story here, idk

It’s a job application. Marquez has a superior resume that’s truly proven.

Who wouldn’t want to sign Marquez.

8x world champion, great attitude, great racer/showmanship, sponsors, media
and spectators love him.

No brainer.

They did the same with Rossi. Too bad, the Ducati was “sh!t” back then and
it was Stoner’s territory.
Due to the bike’s problems, Rossi’s his reputation was
contaminated—Forever.

However, Martín also gave Ducati until Mugello to decide. Ducati didn't.
So Martín surprised them. Could be the other side of the story here, idk

Lol, good point. And Ducati isn’t going to make that so easy for him now
