One can’t help but wonder if, today, Bulega wouldn’t win in Czeko if he were unrestricted. 500 more RPM, especially for the fat Desmo power curve, on top of shedding some bogus KGs would make all the difference for the red menace. Top shelf is great but hardly 15 seconds faster’n Bautista & this years Title is tainted due to Ducati being hamstrung.
