I have not seen any postings yet, nor have I visited MotoGp to see what the
latest news there is.
All I can say is, I'm here! Such a thrill.
Today was mostly figuring out logistics: how to get in, where is my seat,
where are concessions, bathrooms, etc. But I did watch FP2 for all three
classes, and MotoE (I think they should start airing it, but I'll get to
that in a minute).
My seat is at the finish end of the front straight. I will miss any last
curve action and the finish, but watching these bikes go from full out into
the chicane of the first three turns is amazing. Each class was exciting to
watch in its own way, but the two that really got me were MotoGP, going
from so fast over the rise and braking way before the turn then into T-1,
and MotoE, with the way the tires would squeal as they slowed for T-1. And,
with the MotoE, you don't have exhaust sounds masking the tire squeal. I
found it as exciting as the other classes, and believe it merits live
broadcast.
Maybe more later, after I check out the website for more information.

Yes. Considering that one wants to conserve battery with an electric
motorcycle (that's been my experience with my Lightning Strike), you do not
use the motor to slide the rear into the turn. And, it really sounded like
the squealing that comes from braking. With a few of the riders, I could
see the rear end come around. It was cool.

experience with ebikes.
