[Ducati] Bike shipping companies in U.S.

I used Allied to ship from MA to FL, took a week, $620 but with $20K of 
insurance, bumped it up to $740.

Allied picked it up from a dealer and I picked it up from the Allied depot 
here in Orlando. They had about 30 other palleted bikes there when I 
arrived.
