[Ducati] Bike shipping companies in U.S.

Rates are listed.  Shipped a ducati 998 from San Francisco , CA to upstate 
new york.  Took 2.5 weeks and they came , took the bike, and crated the 
bike (on a pallet anyway).  $725 is the worst it gets.
