[Ducati] clutch slave cylinder on '96 900SS and oil vent hose

It looks like Evoluzione slave cylinder never fails. At least I never heard
of one which failed. Mine has 3 double lip seal gaskets. (no O-rings). I
just added a back spring like original OEM Ducati and Yoyodine slave designs
to preload clutch springs and reduce free play at the lever.
Aestetically I find it quite bulky but I get used to.
