For the vent hose I would just go to an auto parts store and find one that fits and cut it tto length. I am not sure what modification would have to be made for the later stock slave cylinders. I would just take the other billet cylinder and see how it fits now and see if you can see what he did. It may be you can keep it just depends on the modification.
What I have done for years is just rebuild the stock ones every two years whether they needed it or not. I just pull them apart and replace the "O" ring seal on the piston and the bellows that goes around the clutch rod. I sometimes pull the rod and replace its "O" rings. The other thing I like to do is keep my chain very clean to keep the chain lube from getting past the bellows and into the seal.

As I was talking about it to a mechanic at my local Ducati dealership, this was around 2005 or so, he convinced me that the then current stock Ducati slave cylinder was just as effective as the billet one when it came to reducing the lever effort. Only problem is, he said, they would have to modify my case to accept the new slave cylinder. I gave the ok to do it because at that point, I just wanted a bike that didnt' leak everywhere. Now, I don't know if what he told me about the modifying part was true but I do know that the new stock cylinder wasn't a smidgen better than my old stock cylinder.
