[Ducati] rude people lane splitting

Allow me to correct myself. He passed me on my left not my right. Just
imagine yourself riding a straight line on the fast lane inches on the
left side of the road divider. Your passing cars as it is and a bike
buzzes by at a high rate of speed on the left side in the fast lane.
Granted what I did was probably childish and immature, and I probably did
nothing to improve anything. But darn I sure did feel good to atleast
have given him the finger and to let him know that what he did was wrong.
I don't run into people like that very often but I sure as hell won't take
it and just shrug it off. I have to admit I wouldn't recommend anyone
else doing anything that stupid since there is a high risk with zero
reward (aside from me feeling better).
This kind of situation is the age old question of how far will you let a
bully push you around. Do you let him trip you up at school in front of
the hot girls and you just shrug it off and say its not worth it. Or how
about him pushing you down because you walk too slow ? Do you fight back
or back down in case he has a knife?
Anyway sorry for stiring up such debate, I just wanted to vent. I
certainly don't need more parents online or solutions.
