[Ducati] Hard starting 99 900SSie

Corey,

If you start it with the fast idle all the way open (most possible fast idle
allowed), will it stay running when cold?  If so, you're fine.  When my bike
had the exact same configuration you speak of, it would die without opening
the fast idle up.
