[Ducati] bike purchase advice needed

That looks more like a 748. I really miss my old 748, and I have had 
a lot of modern Ducatis (998s, 1098s, etc.). The beauty of the 748, 
especially if jumping up from a lower powered bike is you don't need 
to be quite so careful with the throttle. You can thrash it about, 
and it still is faster than most peoples capabilities. If in good 
shape, it should provide a lot of great smiles in the seat. Not to 
mention more reasonable insurance.
