[Ducati] Gary and the 1098

I was thinking the same thing when I saw it, it does make the worlds best 
looking tourer.  I do know somebody that tours on a 1098 already - he's on 
this list as a matter of fact - He and a friend came to Daytona for the 
Superbike Concorso and DDD via a 1600 mile Iron Butt with weather that 
ranged from snow to highs of 40 degrees, until they got to Florida where 
they swapped freezing cold for rain and gusting wind. He (actually they) 
co-won the Passion award in the Concorso for his efforts. But I don't think 
that many people would really want to be riding in that position for hours 
on end. It's really the perfect combination of chalk and cheese I think.
But who knows, if it's possible to do it with a set of brackets and just 
mount the bags that might happen. If not from Ducati than from some 
aftermarket source.
I really have no doubt that Gary will pull this off, he's pretty amazing 
that way.
