[Ducati] 999 side stands

Hi , Has anyone had trouble with thier 999 side stands? On mine the bracket whick bolts to the crankcases with two bolts had cracked between the bolts. It left the stans being held on with only one bolt and eventually the head came off and the bike hit the ground but luckily I managed to catch it. I've replaced the bolts and the bracket and used thread lock and they still either stretch and get loose after a few months. Or they vibrate loose not sure which. The threads in the cases are clean and not damaged.
I'm starting to lose faith in the stand now.
Anyone else had this problem?

Any ideas??
