FWIW, all roadracing orgs that I know of -- AMA, WERA, CCS, AHRMA -- do
*not* allow the poly glycol stuff like Evans and Engine Ice. It's not
*quite* as nasty as ethyl glycol, but it's still slick as heck and damn near
impossible to clean up off the track. STT allows it to try to strike a
balance between safety and customer-friendliness, but I'd definitely
recommend plain water or water with Water Wetter.
