[Ducati] 998s regulator/rectifier

Just out of curiosity what was the standard battery for the 998?  I have the 
sealed battery in my 999 that is a 12 amp (yuasa yz12 I think) and it starts 
the bike with no problem at all and I was thinking of replacing my 916 wet 
battery that is giving up the ghost with the same.
