[Ducati] Water Wetter

Hello all wise ones,
   
  Question about water wetter:
  Can I use it during local/some highway use?
   
  Here's my plan. I've decided to do a trackday imediately following the races on Monday at Putnam being put on by SportbikeTrackTime If you want more info on the track day, ping me and I'll pass it on to you. Since I am in the intermediate class, they require water (based) coolant. I want to know if I can put in the water to tool around INDY for 3 or 4 days. I'm talking hotel, INDY, maybe a little riding around. I'm guessing that it'd be ok in September in Indianapolis and hey, the stuff IS for racing right?
