[Ducati] SS750 chain adjustment

Dear Mike,

I will check with Pure Ducati for washers, as neither side has one - just
the plate and nut - and that is how the new parts arrived!?!  I am putting
on a locking washer for now to see if that helps.

By the way, besides that we both ride Ducatis, are we related? Lemire &
LeMare???
