[Ducati] 17000 RPM MotoGP Limit?

The design goal for the NR500 was 23,000 RPM but I believe the reality 
was more along the lines of 19,500 RPM.
AFAIK Honda still holds the record for highest RPM in a *production* 
engine (MC22): 19,000 RPM.
