[Ducati] 17000 RPM MotoGP Limit?

Recently it was mentioned that Honda was interested in setting a 17000 rpm
limit to help curb "runaway" costs but Rossi's crew chief scoffed at that,
pointing out they might as well have spec tires, engines, frames, and so on.

Interesting that deep pockets Honda would be the one to act like they can't
afford to keep up with old money bags Ducati.......
