As to the "cut off", I'm being told that it is a combination of witnesses and shopping center cameras.

As to the "kicking the card door", the door was dented, which supports the girls story that he was kicking their door. However, the girls said that to the police before the police knew about the "cut off"? and crash in the?the parking lot.

How do the police know he attempted to kick their car? Are there winesses or is this based on the girls account. If the latter, IMHO it's questionable.?
How do police know he was "cut off" by the girls? Witnesses? The girls admitted to cutting him off??
