[Ducati] motorcyclist got killed by angry father (NDC)

I've been trying to follow this investigation. I know you said you know some 
police involved in the investigation so let me ask:



How do the police know he attempted to kick their car? Are there winesses or 
is this based on the girls account. If the latter, IMHO it's questionable.
How do police know he was "cut off" by the girls? Witnesses? The girls 
admitted to cutting him off?

I'm a retired Investigator and this investigation is really intriquing to 
me.
