However, the newspaper does not have all of the facts. I work everyday with a guy who was mentoring this kid on riding and they belonged to the same riding group. He knows the police who are investigating the shooting, which is why I know these details.

Google the name Bryan Mough. He's the biker and you should find newspaper articles about the incident.?
