Brian:
Atlanta suburb:
21 year old new biker with new lic. was cut off in shopping center parking lot by two teenage girls. He crashed, got up, picked up the bike and went after the two girls. He tried to get them to stop but they would not. He then took several kicks at their car door in an attempt to get them to stop. The girls called their father at home and told him that they were being chased by a guy on a bike (they did not tell their father that they caused him to crash and that they were escaping from a hit and run). The kid followed the girls home. As the girls pulled into their drive way, the father was waiting at the bottom of the driveway with a pistol. The kid on the bike road past and went to the end of the street and came back but did not stop. As he passed by the driveway, the father took three shots at the kind on the bike at hit him in the back of the head and killed him.
The father is now in jail, without bail on a Murder 1 charge.

Our 2nd amentment right is to bear arms. We have the right to protect or self,
family, and property. I pearsonaly am a very strong suporter of the NRA and
against gun control, which is becoming a problem out here in Commiefornia. I
will only give up my guns bullit's first! I think what happened here is messed
up. I do not belive in shooting someone in the back. Only a coward does this.
Although, I am still trying to figure out what has happened. Please inform me!
Just remember if guns are outlawed only outlaws will have them. I know people on
both sides of the fence that belive this. I have friends in Law Enforcment and I
have friends that are members of 1% clubs. Both parties opose gun control. What
is going to keep Uncle Sam from taking our right to freedom of
speach.religion, ect, if we let them take away our rights to defend ourselfs and
our familys? Next time someone kickes in your door at 2am call the cops. I am
sure that you will be more then
satisfied with there response time. However, if someone kicks in mine, I will
dial 911 after I dial 357!

That guy will walk.
It's just like the case of the Japanese kid who went to the wrong door on
halloween night with a costume on.
The wife screamed, and the husband shot the kid on his front lawn.
Self defense. Not guilty.
It's called jury nullification.
The guy had a gun.? He was on his property.
Gun owners have rights.
The NRA will be all over this one like stink on sh-t.
This is America.
Gun owners' rights trump all other rights.
