[Ducati] New subject..who opens speedos and tachs....

Anybody know anyone who can open and reseal a speedometer and tach and replace the needles? Mine are so faded that I cannot see them at night and the local constabulary has begun to be very omnipresent! Don't want to replace them, cuz I'm proud of the 60K+ miles.
   
  There's an outfit who does the olde English bike stuff, but don't know if anyone is knowledgeable about Duc equipment. The bike is my commuter and work bike so it sits in the Texas sun all the time and the needles are very pale (uh, come into the shade and cool off a bit!).
