[Ducati] motorcyclist got killed by angry father (NDC)

Not the same. The biker was riding on a public street and the perp shot from 
his yard into the public way (so to speak). I don't know what Georgia's laws 
are like but I'll bet they don't sanction shooting from your yard at 
passersby because you "think" they are a threat.
