[Ducati] motorcyclist got killed by angry father (NDC)

I'm all for Gun rights and I'm pro gun (any kind of guns!) but frankly to 
shoot the guy in the back?  The fathers gonna get voluntary manslaughter. 
He pulled the trigger.  he had the option to call the police.  It wasn't 
like the guy was in the house or running into the house.

Thats why I make it a point never to shoot someone unless he's inside my 
house.

Looks like their daughters are gonna be fatherless for the forseable 
future.
