[Ducati] Radial calipers and master cylinder

The explanation given in the article concerning radial calipers makes sense
to me.

I thing main advantage of radial master cylinder is the posibility of
increase the piston diameter. With the availability of high friction
sintered pads stopping power increase, so much than brake becomes too abrupt
and the bike is difficult to ride fast. An increase in master cylinder
piston diameter gives better feel, with more hand force nedeed and shorter
stroke at the lever.

Personally I changed some years ago to Brembo radial 19mm, from OEM 16mm,
because of that reason, after switching to Braketech steel disks + Ferodo
Sintered pads.
