[Ducati] 900ss battery

Ok, I'm sure I saw a thread weaving around about this a few years ago, but
some things just need to be re-visited every now and then.

 

So, time for a battery for my '94 CR. Riding in Jersey is not that much fun
in the winter, but I can't even start the damn thing to listen to it.

 

I believe I remember some of the banter was about a smaller than normal
battery ( less weight..) that provided sufficient oomph to start the bike
reliably. My motor is stock except for jets, pipe, and airbox, so no high
compression cranking issues. 

 

Someone please help. I need to make some noise!
