That's sounds, super! I'm 69 soon to be 70, ride a 916 daily during  season. 
I need all the help I get, a good exercise program would  be wonderful. I want 
to keep riding to the US Desmo rally in  Hiawassee, GA. for a few more years. 
So far I've been able to ride not trailer,  hope to keep riding.
