For all the older riders out there, I can create a strength program to develop core strength and lumbar stability. It includes stretches, massage and exercises designed to improve postural control, hip mobility and lumbar stability. If anybody is interested, let me know and I can get going on it.
By the way if anybody is worried about my credentials, I am a CSCS with the National Strength & Conditioning Assoc. as well as holding a BS in Kinesiology. I currently work at a physical therapy office in Bakersfield, CA.

On the 07 S2 1000 I am using standard for now and doing OK; however, I will
consider raising them an 1" if I start having problems. Another think I am
practicing is good posture before it is too late... shoulders back and down,
stand up straight and hold your head up.
