[Ducati] Motorcyclist got killed by angry father

That is a shame. Sounds like it was some road rage gone bad. I'm not going to armchair-quaterback what happened, because I think there are always 3 sides to every story: 
  Side 1, side 2, and the truth. 
  Unfortunately, Mough can't tell his side. However, I don't believe a judge will accept self defense as a reason to shoot a person on a motorcycle in the back. I'd be interested to see where/how this ends.
