My girlfriends daughter inherited a 95 -900 Supersport (SP) with only 13,000
miles. Unfortunately it had been very negleted. I set about fixing it up
for her. Replaced fork seals, chain, sprockets, belts, and front rotors.

The bike ran ok, except it has a stumble when you crack the throttle. Full
throttle it seems to run ok. But just cruising is very annoying. The bike
has aftermarket exhaust. When I pulled the tank up I noticed it had no airbox
lid or air filter!. So I bought a K and N and found a lid off of Ebay.
Installed them and the stumble is now even worse. I have no idea what was done
to the carbs.

Obviously, the carbs need some work. Is there like a baseline to start
with, with the mods I have mentioned? Pilot jet, air mixture adjustment, etc? I
have adjusted Keihin carbs on my Monster and on all my dirt bikes, but have
no experience with Mikunis.

Thanks
Mike
