I just reset the maximum size of an email to 18KB from 25KB in an effort to
give the digest guys a break. What this means is posts that are longer than
that will go into a spam file for my review and if they are oversize I will
return them to the sender for trimming. I am not doing this because I think we
are too stupid to know how to properly reply to a post. Often the sender's
mail settings are set to include all attached mail (as in my case) because they
network with other's on projects or work and this is the normal way this sort
of thing is done so you have a running copy of everybody's input. So many of
us multitask, using work mail for home and home mail for work that it's easy
to forget you have all the extra mail attached when you hit send.

If 18KB prooves to be to large still or too small, I am happy to fine tune
this so send me an email directly if you have thoughts on this, I really have
no clue what an 18KB email looks like. I just know that a 25KB email is pretty
big. :-)
