[Ducati] Warranty Coverage for Timing/Belt Adjustments

I would have to guess it was more your dealer than Ducati.  I say this 
because a friend and I both got new frames for our 900 SS years after the 
warranty ran out.  Our dealer inspected the bike, contacted Ducati, and 
about eight weeks later a new frame arrived.
