Question: Is Lowell Goss a long-time list member or did he just join up to
spam the list with this advertisement?

It may well be a wonderful publication, but I have a low tolerance for
spammage.  FWIW, I received a similar e-mail directly in my inbox, so it
would seem that Mr. Goss is also trolling the internet (or this list) for
bulk mailings.
