[Ducati] What the National Conference on State Legislature has to say about "super-sports"

I'm sensing the words "supersport" or an "S" or "R" or "SS" designation on
any motorcycle henceforth being cost-prohibitive to insure. Not that we
weren't headed that way to start with. So far, Universal Underwriters still
seems solely interested in displacement. That was kinda weird when my 70hp
900SS was costing more to insure than my 100hp 748.

Hopefully they'll pay attention to the "average age of 27" fact as well, so
us 40-somethings who have been riding for two decades and have 150K miles
under our belts can get a break. :-D Too bad for the responsible
20-somethings, though. Sucks that a few bad apples spoil it for the whole
orchard.
