Hi All,
My 2007 1098 has been a phenomenal motorcycle thus far. I have had
stalling issues however. The first time it was addressed by the dealer
through a ECU adjustment. Unfortunately this made it worse.
Now the dealership says the problem has been caused by mis-timing. They
have adjusted the belts and timing, but they say Ducati NA will not
cover it under the warranty. I find it hard to believe that a
mal-adjusted timing is not a warranty item, especially since the bike
stalled from when new. I have about 3,000 miles in under 1 year of
ownership. Does anybody have similar experiences or suggestions?
Thanks,
Matt
