[Ducati] 900 SS Fuel Pump

I own a 96 900 ss sp that I've built from the ground up. It IS normal for 
the fuel pump to constantly run as soon as the key is turned. If you were to 
look under the fuel tank you would find 3 nossels, 1 is for the fuel from 
the tank to the carbs, 2 is for the fuel to flow back into the tank from the 
carbs when the bike is not running and 3 is for the overflow hose. I've had 
these pumps go bad and I've had to buy new ones and they all run the same. 
Always flowing gas when the key is turned. TRUST ME I know I'm right!
