[Ducati] 998 air filters

Hey Folks:
I bought a used 998s last fall which came with c/ air runners.
No air filters, and I have yet to look under the tank (It's in  storage).
Any recommendations?
I'm thinking about ITG in the air box which Bruce Meyers recommends.
The bike has Ducati performance cams and a Termi half system. Would the air  
filter change the air/fuel mixture so much as to require remapping?
I'm really way over my head on this stuff.
The bike runs and sounds great, but I do think some good air filtration  
would be essential.
