[Ducati] 748 brakes (fluid level)

A couple of years ago a guy passed  on a 999s in turn 4 at a  Loudon track 
day, then came to a screeching stop going down the short straight  to turn 5.
Turns out that he had topped up his brake resevoir between sessions and the  
expansion caused the pads to seize against the discs.
He left the bike on it's side stand and had to wave wildly at riders coming  
over the rise.
Could have been a real disaster. Especially at that spot on the  track.
