Hey Mark
No don't fill the reservoir the very top, you need room for expansion. There
is a line mark about 3/4 up the reservoir, you should not go past this line.
You could cause your brakes to lock up otherwise, really important if your
doing track days and using the brakes a lot. The reservoir sits at an angle
on the front brake so I just touch the line on the high side. Make sure it
is D.O.T #4 fluid you are using, and make sure the brakes are bled well, any
air in the system will cause extreme grief. Don't forget to do both
calipers. Hope this helps.
