On a whim I called this morning, Saturday 2/2, at 8:05. Zack was
there. I told him I really didn't expect him to be there this early on
a Saturday. He said that with the responses he got yesterday he
thought he would come in for a few hours today.

I was able to transfer my tickets to Project Mugello. All I needed was
my customer number and he was able to look everything up. It took all
of about 5 minutes.

Thank you Vicki for coordinating this and getting things done. We
really appreciate your efforts to take care of us. :-)
