[Ducati] licsnse plate mount

On my 95 SP I used a piece of carbon fiber sheet I had made in my composites class. I removed the tail light and measured and drilled holes in the sheet to match the tail light mounting bolts. So it fits between the back of the light and its mount. Sandwiched between the two. It is long enough for me to mount my plate and carbon fiber plate frame.
