[Ducati] Finding Neutral

Most likely your clutch is not disengaging properly. This happens with some 
aftermarket slave cylinder when diameter is too high. Try adjusting the play 
at the lever.
With OEM banjo bolts it is almost imposible to bleed the clutch properly. 
Try to install a banjo bolt with bleeder on top and bleed the whole thing 
again.
Last but not least some of the ball joints in the gear linkage are worn.
