I'd start by having the TPS checked again. Then I'd check the H20 sensors. If those are ok perhaps the mech overtweaked the CO trim idle. Have him take it back to where it was if that's the case. A good shop will have a Mathesis diagnostic suite available to check aformentioned items. Good luck!
