[Ducati] Cycle Cat? (NDC)

According to one retailer they went through, Cycle Cat was unresponsive,
slow and generally difficult to deal with. When I first heard of their
demise a few months ago and asked "Why? They made great stuff!", the
response was "because they're idiots".
It's too bad, in my opinion, because their products were so attractive and
of such good quality.
