[Ducati] The "arrows" and blank lines

OK

I am replying to this message with only a few arrows at the bottom only
because I have deleted the vast majority of them. My question is why is it
happening to my emails. I get a message as an individual message I do not
get digest. When I open it it looks like a normal message but after the
email I have a note at the bottom saying it is from Ducati dot net and some
other info and then a huge amount of blank space. The way my reply is set
up it puts arrows on the message I am replying to and then allows me to post
my replay at the top. If I change that I will still have the message I am
replying to and a blank space but now arrows. The message will still be
long though the arrows will not change the length. I have copied and pasted
the notes that are at the bottom of my message in case I am getting
something strange.

Of course I did not copy and paste the space. Is this way y'all see? Is
there something about my email that is doing this. I have Road Runner as my
server, I am using windows mail and have the new Vista system.
