It is still up in Chico, but the guru is close. He had to send valves back
to the supplier (right valve size, wrong stem size), but all other parts are
in and bottom end is going together. Valves should come in by end of week,
and bike should be ready to pick up end of next week. Not a moment too soon,
as the Cagiva is in serious need of some shop time: broken throttle housing
(duct tape), cracked fairing (more duct tape), replacement starter relay
(pulled from old parts bike) seems to be starting to fail, carbs need
cleaning and synchronizing, rear shocks have gotten real hard (marizochhi's
- probably ready to junk), etc.
