[Ducati] 916 rebuild

Well my cylinders and crankshaft have been modified by Guy Martin and
arrived yesterday,  now it is up to me to put the engine back together. I
have my new bearings and dial indicator mount (thanks to Art Ramos ).

Guy will be helping me out, I have the 916 shop manual. And the Haynes
manual. Guy is at Barber this week and I was hoping to start the project
this week end. I know the first step for me is checking out the transmission
gears and making sure the shim adjustments are correct.

I do have other people available as a resource, but any extra advise from
those that have rebuilt these particular engines as far as putting the cases
back together, and re shimming the crank would be much appreciated.

The engine is a stock 1998, 916, with modified heads. Thanks.
