[Ducati] Premier Motorcycles in San Antonio

Does anybody know if Premier Motorcycles in San Antonio is still in business? I called their number today but it now belongs to another company.  They worked on my bike a couple of times and they did a great job and I wanted to take it in again this year.  What a bummer if they went out of business...  Thanks, Mario
